Terms & Conditions

1. Rentcollectors Ltd. collect, monitor and process monthly rents on behalf of landlords for a monthly set fee deducted from the rent each month

2. Rentcollectors will take a monthly deduction of 25euros from the rent received each month once the rent has come in to our business bank account

3. Rentcollectors are not responsible for non payment of rent.

4. Rentcollectors will send out a rent arrears notice to the tenants once rent is not paid

5. The rental payment will be made to the beneficiary landlord once received during business hours 9am - 5pm

6. There will be a maximun of 2 days transfer of funds to landlords account depending on which bank account the landlord holds.
